I work at the intersection of behavioural science, psychology and policy.
My focus is on translating evidence into trauma‑aware, socially just health and care systems.
I collaborate with health, social care, community and policy partners to turn research into ideas for practical solutions that address inequality.
Research & evaluation
I lead research on engagement with health and social care systems, with a strong focus on policy‑relevant evaluation and real‑world impact.
Policy & systems work
I work directly with policy, commissioning and service partners to embed behavioural science into decision‑making, evaluation and system redesign across health and social care.
Trauma‑informed leadership
I support survivor‑led and trauma‑informed approaches through governance, co-design and leadership development, including board‑level advisory and coaching roles.
Speaking, teaching & knowledge exchange
I speak across academic, policy and practice settings, translating complex evidence into accessible, context‑specific learning and guidance.
